Terry Hines is the Chief Investigator for the Office of the District Attorney for the Second Circuit Court District of Mississippi. Terry has 20 years of law enforcement experience on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Terry has served in many leadership roles, including Criminal Investigations, Patrol Division and Department Administration.
Terry holds a Master of Science Degree in Justice Administration from the University of Louisville, a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, and is a graduate of the Southern Police Institute's 130th Administrative Officer's Course at the University of Louisville.
Terry retired after 20 years of service from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant. During his 20 years of service, Terry served as a medic, a Ceremonial Guardsman with the United States Air Force Honor Guard in Washington D.C. and as a Military Training Leader at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.
