Debra Foster is a Victim Assistance Coordinator with a strong background in victim advocacy and more than 15 years of experience supporting families and ensuring their voices are heard.
She is a professionally trained Trust-Based Relational Interventionist (TBRI) through the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development, a trauma-informed approach designed to support children, families, and systems of care impacted by trauma.
Ms. Foster earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Southern Mississippi. In her role as a Victim Assistance Coordinator, she is dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the challenges that often follow crime or traumatic experiences.
She provides clear information, coordinates services, and ensures victims understand their rights and available resources, offering compassionate and informed support every step of the way.
