Jeremy Necaise is a native of Hancock County Mississippi and is an Assistant District Attorney assigned to the Hancock County Office. He received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of South Alabama. He then attended and graduated from the Southern Regional Public Safety Institute and worked full time as a certified police officer for Gulfport Police Department.
While at Gulfport Police Department, and after attending and graduating from the International Forensic Sciences Training Academy, he joined the Crime Scene Unit as a full time Crime Scene Investigator. Jeremy holds certifications in crime scene investigation, shooting reconstruction, blood spatter analysis and many others.
Mr. Necaise then attended law school and earned his juris doctorate degree from Mississippi College School of Law where he was also the recipient of the Marie Upton Scholarship. He has worked as a Public Defender in both the Youth Court systems and Circuit Court systems in the coastal regions of Mississippi.
He has conducted numerous trainings for lawyers and police officers around the state of Mississippi and is currently an adjunct instructor for the Harrison County Training Academy where he enjoys the pleasure of teaching recruits the finer points of the Fourth Amendment as well as Crimes against Persons.
