Paul Rhodes is an Investigator and Victims Assistance Coordinator with the Biloxi Office of the District Attorney for the Second Circuit Court District of Mississippi, a position he has held since 2022.

He is a graduate of the Southern Regional Public Safety Institute and brings 15 years of law enforcement experience on the Mississippi Gulf Coast to his role. Throughout his career, Paul served in key leadership and supervisory roles within Criminal Investigations, Patrol, and departmental supervision at both the Gulfport Police Department and the Biloxi Police Department.

While with the Gulfport Police Department, he attained the rank of Sergeant. As a criminal investigator, Paul was instrumental in the investigation and successful prosecution of numerous felony cases.

Paul is a dedicated public servant and a devoted family man. He and his wife of 33 years have three children and three grandchildren.
